BoldScale System provides CRM setup, website development, marketing automation, content management, and digital marketing services for real estate professionals. All services are provided based on the selected package or custom agreement.

2. No Guarantees

BoldScale System does not guarantee:

• Specific income
• Sales volume
• Lead quantity
• Conversion rates

Results depend on many factors including market conditions, pricing, responsiveness, and client involvement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Grant necessary access to tools and platforms
• Respond in a timely manner when required
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws

Delays caused by missing access or information may affect timelines.

4. Payments & Fees

• One-time setup fees are due before work begins
• Monthly management fees are billed in advance
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Subscription & Cancellation

• Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis
• Clients may cancel with written notice
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments

6. Scope of Work

Each package includes a defined scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, custom pricing, or separate agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, templates, and strategies developed by BoldScale System remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered assets for their own business only.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive business data without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

BoldScale System is not liable for:

• Lost revenue or profits
• Business interruptions
• Platform outages
• Third-party service failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated, payments are not made, services are misused, or communication becomes abusive or unprofessional.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where BoldScale System operates.
