Who is BoldScale System for?

It’s ideal for agents who want consistency, automation, and better lead handling without dealing with technical work themselves.

Who is BoldScale System NOT for?

BoldScale is not for agents looking for one-time setups, DIY solutions, or instant results without ongoing commitment. Our services work best for professionals focused on long-term growth and systemized operations.

How long does the setup process take?

Standard Package: 10–14 business days. Premium Package: 14–21 business days. Custom Package: Timelines vary based on scope. Exact timelines are confirmed after onboarding and access is provided.

What do you need from me to get started?

We’ll request access to your CRM, website (if applicable), branding assets, and key business details such as your service areas and goals. A clear onboarding checklist is provided once you sign up.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with BoldScale?

No. BoldScale handles the technical setup, automation, integrations, and ongoing system management. You focus on closing deals — we manage the backend.

Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time?

Yes. Monthly management plans can be canceled with written notice. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Is paid advertising spend included in your pricing?

No. Paid advertising management is included in applicable plans, but ad spend is paid directly by the client to advertising platforms.

Will BoldScale respond to my leads for me?

For Premium and Custom plans, we manage lead routing, response workflows, and follow-up systems. Direct conversations and closings remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No agency can guarantee results. What we guarantee is professional system setup, consistent management, clean data, and optimized follow-up processes. Outcomes depend on market conditions and client participation.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with the Standard Package and upgrade to Premium or Custom as their business grows. Upgrades are seamless and handled internally.

What markets do you work in?

We work with real estate professionals across multiple markets and regions. Systems are customized based on your location, niche, and business model.

Do you offer custom or enterprise solutions?

Yes. The BoldScale Authority System is designed for teams, brokerages, and advanced operators who need full marketing execution, social media management, and strategic oversight.

How do you communicate with clients?

Support is primarily provided via email. Premium and Custom clients receive priority support and scheduled performance reviews.

What happens after I sign up?

Yes. All client-specific assets built for your business are yours to use. Internal systems, workflows, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of BoldScale System.
